Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- Customers can cancel an order anytime before it has been dispatched by calling our customer service.
- Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- If we suspect any fraudulent activity or violation of our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel such orders without prior notice.
- We maintain a list of fraudulent transactions and customers and will deny access or cancel orders placed by them.
Returns Policy
No Return or Exchange Policy
- Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- Exchanges or returns are only allowed if the product is damaged, empty, or if there are wrong or missing items upon delivery.
- Customers must provide an unboxing video, a packaging defect video, and pictures of the damaged product or items in question.
- For damaged, wrong, or missing products, contact our customer service at ayurveda197@gmail.com or call us at 8949925175 / 9414157159 within 48 hours of delivery.
- Each case will be handled individually. Do not send the purchase back to the manufacturer. Provide the receipt number for faster resolution.
Refunds Policy
Order Cancellations
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 days and will be credited to your bank account. Note that some banks may take longer to process the refund.
Returns for Damaged Products
- If returning a damaged product, once we receive and inspect it, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your bank, as there may be some processing time before the refund is posted.

- If a product is deemed damaged by our customer service team after redressal, Modern Ayurveda will cover the shipping costs.
